| Looking for a mature female (late 20s- early 30s) to share a 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath condo starting October 1st. You will be sharing with two females in the above age group. The condo is located in Clayton Park minutes from the Mount Saint Vincent University. The room is furnished with a double bed, large closet and a small table. The rent includes everything (water, power, internet, and laundry). Parking can be arranged but it wont be available until January 1st. In the meantime, you're free to park on the street as do most residents in the condo. There is a church just down the street that you can park during the winter ban. The condo is minutes away from Sobeys, Shoppers, Dollarama, TD, Goodlife, Tim Hortons etc. There are a number of bus route just down the street. A little bit about the people you will be living with. Both girls are VERY clean and respectful. You can do as you please in your room; however, you need to keep the kitchen and washroom clean at all times. If you're comfortable with hair all over the floor/tub, dishes in the sink for days, this is NOT the place for you. Everyone cleans up after themselves and take turns to do a more thorough cleaning on the weekends. Again, I am looking for someone who is clean and quiet. This is not a party house, so if you're into frequent or large gatherings, this is not the place for you. Graduate student or working professional preferred. No pets, please.
