| FEMALE ROOMMATE WANTED AUGUST 1st Female roommate wanted to share a very bright (pictures may not show this, but it is!) and cozy house with two other female roommates. The rent includes all utilities except Internet. Room is available August 1st, but another room may be available to sublet for July if you would like to move in earlier. The room is small/medium, on the second floor, with a big bright window, double futon bed, desk, a place to hang clothes. The furniture can be removed if you would prefer to use your own). We also have a spare bright sunny room on the main floor for art/yoga etc.. The house has lots of plants and big soaker bathtub! Washer/dryer is shared with the tenant downstairs. We have a big bright backyard with a space for gardening, a sunny back deck and there's plenty of parking on our street and by the house as well during winter parking ban. We are very close to bus routes, North End restaurants, the commons and grocery stores. All roommates share in household chores and purchase a few necessities together. We are two responsible working professionals (over 30) and looking for the same. We both work M-F full time. We socialize on the weekends, but weeknights are quiet. We are looking for someone who is clean, working full time (no students please) and a non smoker.
