| Room available for female student or recent grad fully employed outside the home. Clean and quiet rooms for serious students right on Sexton Campus and walking distance to SMU, Dal, NSCAD, minutes walk to waterfront, grocery stores, restaurants and everything else in the downtown area. Rooms are furnished as pictured and include mini fridges and complimentary Wi-Fi. All utilities included. Large rooms are $800 and smaller rooms are $700. The top two levels are female students/fully employed and each floor has 4 bedrooms with a kitchen and living room plus a full and half bath,and a shared laundry that's free to use. Current tenants are international students or workers, there is no smoking or pets allowed in the building at any time. There is no parking at the building but street parking in the area. Student term leases end on Aug 31 and April 30, with option to re-sign. This is a mature situation and looking for similar. In person viewings available.
