Bonus: over 100 games in the house, neatly organized in a library A caveat: The property will be redeveloped at some point, but not soon. The application hasn’t been officially approved and there are still a lot of steps between now and then. This spot would be ideal for someone who travels lightly and would enjoy living in an established home. If you're an early bird, you'll often have full run of the apartment most mornings.
