Hey! Reposting due to the last person falling through last minute. Im looking for someone to take over my lease/sublet for the unit I’m in. It’s the main floor of a two unit house (tenants below you, no one above!) The space has three good sized rooms, a yard, at least two parking spaces, and a large deck. It’s also dog friendly. It’s on a main road, close to grocery stores, gas stations, the mall, on major bus routes and parks! Water is included in rent. Power, oil heating and internet are the responsibility of the tenant. If I wasn’t moving out of province, I wouldn’t be leaving. The current lease goes until November 1st, with the option to renew.
