The unit is updated, bright, spacious with a heat pump on the main floor. Dishwasher and in-unit laundry. There’s a back deck with sunny southern exposure and a great back yard. Off-street parking. Driveway can fit 3 cars during winter parking bans, otherwise lots of street parking. Walkout basement ideal for storage of bikes, kayaks, whatever you got. HEAT AND HOT WATER INCLUDED. Well behaved pets will be considered. The goal: I am looking for mature, professional people who want to make this unit a home. Post-grad and professional students would also be considered. I have 2 excellent, quiet tenants in the ground floor unit. This is a family oriented street with minimal student housing. About me: I am not a professional landlord with a bunch of buildings. I lived in this home until recently. I am interested in renting to friendly, responsible people who will treat the home with respect.
