| I have 2 rooms for rent. 1 is smaller then the other. Rent for bigger room is $950.00 including everything except wifi but wifi can be included for extra $ same for the small room. The small room the rent is $850.00. Damage deposit is half the months rent. We have animals that live here so unfortunately it isn't pet friendly. So you must like dogs and cats. The dog is sketchy of new people so just has to get use to you. No smoking inside but smoking is permitted outside. I don't have pictures yet as one room is not vacant yet and the other room is being used for storage so as soon as they are cleaned out I will post pictures. Also the bathroom is shared between the 2 bedroom renters. The kitchen and rest of house is fully equipped. The kitchen is available for use but must clean up after yourself! If interested send me a message! The rooms will be ready for July 1st 2025. Also the bus stop is 30 seconds away on both sides. |
