| I am a single mother late 20s seeking a 2 bedroom apartment for me and my 5 year old. I am currently renting in Fairview also born and raised in the city, and searching for a more comfortable suitable space for us both. I am on a year lease, and looking to either not renew or break the lease once it is over. I am only working part time two days a week, but I have income assistance, housing supplement and CTB. I am quiet, clean, respectful of the spaces and responsibility is a priority for me. I have no pets also no vehicle.
