It's an ideal location for any students attending school. If you choose to take on our lease, the landlord is willing to give you the apartment for a fixed term lease throughout the year starting at August 1st, and will consider giving a discount on the rent increase provided the apartment remains in good shape. Chang's Property has an on site Superintendent and laundry facilities, and utilities are covered - excluding hydro.
