You would be sharing the space with 2 friendly roommates, both in their mid-20s. The bedroom is a good size with a large closet and a nice big window. The apartment has hardwood floors, high ceilings, and gets tons of natural light. There's lots of common space to hang out in, including a large living room with a lovely south-facing sunroom coming off of it, and there is a large shared storage closet in the hallway. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and coin laundry in the basement. Heat and water is included in the rent, so the power bill is very low - it usually comes to $100-125 every 2 months, which is around $15-20/month when split 3 ways. The building is in a very walkable area, just off Robie near Spring Garden Rd., so South End but close to downtown. super close to Dal, Kings, SMU, multiple bus lines (1, 4, 7, 8, 9, 90), groceries (Noggins and Pete’s are 5 minutes away on foot, Sobeys and Superstore are a 15-20 min walk), coffee shops and food (Glitter Bean Cafe is right on the corner!), plus the Central Library, Public Gardens, and the Commons are all in walking distance.
