| Hi there! I’m looking for a new tenant to take over my one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a den. I’ve lived here for three wonderful years, but I’m moving in with my partner and need to terminate my lease a month early. It’ll be available Dec 1st! The photo of the storage space is the giant closet beside the bathroom (not the den, that’s a full other room). I haven’t included a photo of the den because it’s full of stuff, but please see the included floor plan! Here’s what I love about this place: * Natural Light Galore: This apartment is filled with sunshine, making it a warm and inviting space. * Character: It’s in an older building full of charm! It does come with a few quirks— the bedroom ceiling used to leak, but has been resolved with the recent roof replacement. It now needs to be repainted. BUT it’s such a comfortable building that feels much more like home than some of the buildings with new finishes. * Reliable Appliances: All the appliances work great—no need for any rescue missions here! * On-Site Manager & Handyman: The live-in manager and handyman are fantastic. They’re always available if you need anything, and they keep everything running smoothly. The owner of the building also lives in the building, so any repairs in common areas are always attended to very quickly. *Laundry: no in unit laundry, but there is free laundry on every floor. Two washers and two dryers. Each tenant has a laundry room key that works for every floor. * Secure Building: I’ve always felt safe here, which is a huge plus! * Great Price: This apartment is priced VERY well for its size and the fantastic location! Seriously. It’s over 800 square feet. This unit is underpriced because it’s one of the last units in the building not to be entirely refinished. It has new floors in the living room (new when I moved in) but older appliances and carpet in the bedroom and den * PARKING! That’s right, it’s a downtown apartment with UNDERGROUND PARKING. It’s an additional $100 a month, but man is it worth it. (There may be a short wait list) Honestly I’m really going to miss this place, it’s a great building with great neighbours, lots of young professionals, and quiet happy energy. While I’m taking responsibility for finding the new tenant and organizing showings due to the timing of my lease, the new lease will be signed directly with the property management company, Page Property Management. First round of showings will be: * Thursday Evening, Oct.24th, from 4:00-6:00PM * Saturday Morning, Oct. 26th from 9:00-11:30 AM If you can’t make it in person, let me know! Virtual showings can be accommodated on WhatsApp or FaceTime. (I actually saw the place three years ago over FaceTime and signed the lease sight unseen. I gambled and won big time!) |
