| 1 bedroom basement suite available for working individual. This is a 5 bedroom house you will be sharing with one other person. I’m a 53 year old tile mason / musician, that works a lot and I’m in the gym constantly. The basement includes a private 1/2 bath with kitchenette . You will have access to a full kitchen and shower on main floor as needed. There is a lot of space in the basement that includes some storage space if needed. The den has a lot of space that can be used as an art studio, work shop, or home gym ect. We are right on a big park with lakes and walking trails all around. Bus stop 1 minute walk from the house.. No heavy smokers, hard drugs or heavy drinking please. The picture of the bench and pond is a 10 second walk out our backyard. Cool place to sit and chill after a long day:) First months rent + 500$ deposit upon move in. |
