Located on the commons, I have a 2-bedroom apartment with a small room available for either a student or someone getting their feet underneath them. The rent incudes heat & hot-water. Parking is street only. Wifi is at your discretion & electricity to be split bi-monthly. I (30yo male) live with my 5yo German Shepherd and attend classes full-time/work and exercise.
