There is no washer and dryer in the unit, but there is a nice Laundromat on North st approximately 300 feet from the apartment. The flooring in the unit is a mix of laminate and new vinyl plank in the kitchen and bathroom. The fridge and the stove are apartment size. The bathroom has a stand up shower.
