| I am offering a tidy, respectful environment with a bright spacious 15'.6"× 13'.6" UNfurnished bedroom with double closet, large enough to fit king size suite. The room is facing the beautiful Dartmouth Yacht Club located at the bottom of Burnside park. Features secured building with surveillance, fully equipped kitchen with everything (dishes, coffee maker etc) in a spacious furnished corner unit, has huge balcony overlooking the Halifax Hbr views. Convenient bus stop is located right out front, close to shopping including (Costco, Walmart, Tim's/Starbucks etc) scenic walking trails, can provide more pics upon request. This is a pet free home for those with allergies and non smoking building, there is a designated smoking area if required. Please, share some info about yourself to see if we are compatible. I prefer long-term stays, I am open to short-term month to month as well. The price is all inclusive with power, hotwater, heating, wifi, in suite laundry and parking is included. |
