Price includes, use of fully equipped gym, media room, pool, in-suite laundry, heat, power, hot water, Wi-Fi/ internet, parking and convenient on site coin operated car wash. The complex has secured access and surveillance, with bus stops directly out front, close to all amenities including Dartmouth crossing with cozy pubs and fine dining restaurants, along with scenic walking trails, I can provide more pics upon request. This is a smoke free, pet free, clean respectful environment for those with allergies. There is a designated smoking area if required.
