| *Important: This is a month to month sublet of one bedroom in my home. This is NOT a sublet suited for someone who likes to have guests stay over or party unfortunately. No exceptions. I work shift work.* Healthcare worker seeking quiet, respectful individual on a somewhat short term basis. Ideal place for a studious student seeking a safe, quiet place while in school for the semester. If you are a respectful tenant you will have no worries of me ending the sublet if you want to stay an extended period, but it will be a month to month should it not work out. Bedroom comes with a closet, Queen Bed and Side table. Access to common areas and share one bathroom. Cleanliness expected. Washer and dryer in the house. On street parking. On a bus route. I Split the water, power, wifi and heat with the subletter. I have a dog, so I cannot accommodate another pet. Please reply with what your expections are and tell me about yourself.
