| AVAILABLE 01 SEP 24 (or if required we can discuss an earlier date) ROOM RENTAL DESCRIPTION: Room for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment in Fairview! -Apartment in front of main bus route going to universities. -The apartment is very spacious. -Wifi included. -Utilities included. -Laundry on site. -Garbage chute on each floor. -Park nearby. -GoodLife and grocery stores nearby. ME: I am a 27 year old young professional working in finance. I am a very neat, clean and tidy person. I am looking for the same. I am home almost all the time due to working from home. I go out on occasion with friends. I am told that I am laid back but also assertive with boundaries. I tend to go with the flow and don’t make something out of nothing. I workout a lot from home. I am artistic and play music. I do not smoke, use or drink. YOU: -Please be clean. -No drugs, pot, smoking. Alcohol is allowed but aggressive/excessive drunkeness will not be acceptable. -Good communication skills. Please be honest with any issues and/or concerns. -International students accepted for the short term. -Students preferred. PLEASE SEND BIO : ) AGREEMENT: -First months and security deposit required -6 month stay (longer can be discussed but not guaranteed) -Roommate agreement form (I am not changing my lease) -I have never had issues with drafting a “roommate agreement” in the past. -Being on the lease may be considered. -You are guaranteed your 6 months -Any missed rent will of course lead to eviction (I have never had this problem). NOTES: -The apartment is in process of being re-painted (updated living room picture up) -Got rid of the old dining set so that’s why the dining room is empty (Still looking). -Room CAN be furnished depending on circumstances. -Pictures don't do this justice due to my poor camera quality!
