| ***UPDATE- ONE ROOM REMAINING FOR RENT*** Room for rent, unfurnished, in a 3 bedroom house, seeking 2 roommates (preferably female). I currently occupy the master bedroom and am looking to rent each of the two rooms. Each bedroom is suitable for one person only due to size- please no couples seeking to occupy one bedroom. Kitchen, bathroom and common living areas will all be shared. I am a VERY clean and tidy person and need someone who is willing to agree to a fair cleaning schedule between us three roommates. Laundry onsite and free, free wifi, all utilities included. VERY IMPORTANT- you MUST love dogs as I am an avid dog lover. I currently have two friendly and sweet dogs. Obviously I will be responsible for all the care however if you do not like dogs, occasional barking or are afraid of dogs, please DO NOT contact me. On a happy note, if you have a dog who gets along well with other dogs and is well behaved and well taken care of, you will be considered as I know how difficult it can be to find a place to live where dogs are allowed. I am a 40yr old female, love yoga, reading, movies, and my faith in God is very important to me. I am pretty quiet and private however I love to laugh and be around others with a good sense of humour. Looking for someone mature who is a non-smoker, non-drinker, non drug user. No smoking allowed inside house at all. Reference checks and employment/income verification will be required.
