It rents for $800 month-to-month. This room is available immediately. The second room is smaller with a single bed, dresser, small cable TV, laminate floors and a roomy closet. It rents for $700 month-to-month. This room is available May 1, 2025. Both rooms share the same 4-piece bathroom. Tenants take turns cleaning the bathroom every other month. Rent includes heat, hot water, access to the kitchen and access to the laundry facilities. Laundry costs $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. Wifi is also included. There is parking available in the double-wide driveway or on the street. The bus stops a block and a half away. No smoking, no vaping, no alcohol and no drugs. This is a clean, quiet, scent-free house. The kitchen is closed from 10 pm til 7 am daily. For a viewing, please reply giving me at least 24 hours' notice. Professionals with day jobs are preferred. |
