Summer Sublet 1 Room in 3-Bedroom Apartment May 1st to August 31st. One room available for the summer in a 3-bedroom apartment with shared bathroom. -Location: 1333 South Park Street, 22nd floor (Penthouse level) -Rent: $820/month (typically between $800–$820, depending on electricity usage) -Apartment: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, spacious living room, kitchen, and balcony with a nice view Looking for clean and tidy roommates—this is important to me because I keep the place clean and expect the same. ❗️A few things to keep in mind: the apartment is on the top floor, and while I haven’t lived here during the summer yet, I imagine it might get pretty warm since there’s no AC unit. Just something to be aware of! You’d be living with me—my name is Anna. I work full-time (Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm), so I’m usually out during the day and have early nights. I don’t host parties or stay up late, and I’m hoping to find roommates who appreciate a calm and respectful home environment too. Both of my current roommates are moving out, so I’m looking for two new people to share the space with. That means I don’t yet know who the third person will be, so I can’t tell you much about them—but ideally, we’d all be a good match energy-wise. A little more about me: I host emotional meditation sessions on weekends, I go to the gym, walk a lot, and don’t spend much time at home overall (unless it’s my weekend or I’m super tired). I also don’t really cook, so the kitchen stays pretty quiet. Cleanliness is super important to me. I’m looking for people who are mindful of shared spaces—like keeping the kitchen tidy, not leaving dishes in the sink, and not storing food in their rooms (it’s an older building and we want to avoid attracting any… unwanted guests). Of course, I’m not your mom and won’t be checking your room—but basic common sense and consideration for shared areas is a must. No pets . |
