The room is in basement of the house; it can only be accessed by stairs. It is furnished with one bed, desk, computer chair, side table and drawers (in the closet). NO PETS ALLOWED to respect other tenants. Parking space available. You will share common areas - living room, washroom and backyard- with other girls who have their own rooms. Monthly payment made to landlord on 1st of every month. Rent price includes heat, electricity, water, wifi, washer and dryer. 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, Woodlawn High school and NSCC Akerley campus. |
