| I am seeking a professional female roommate for my 2.5 bedroom, one bath apartment in Dartmouth, located less than 5 minutes from Dartmouth General and NSCC Ivany campus. Rent is 2070$ a month only water included. Power is approximately 400$ every two months in the winter, and is significantly less in the summer months. Wifi is 92$ a month. Roommate would be responsible for paying half of rent and utilities. My apartment includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit as well as a heat pump located in the livingroom. There is parking in the driveway and street parking at no additional cost. Apartment is on the top floor with outdoor access, there are two balconies. I have two fixed male cats, no more animals are allowed. Would prefer someone who likes cats as my cats really love people. If you or anyone you know is looking for a place give me a message!
