| What's included in this shared accommodation and where. Location- Dartmouth (Portland Estates) on a bus route, near the library, Superstore, NSLC, Dollar Store, Tim Hortons, gas station, restaurants. You can walk/run for kms on trails & two lakes within walking distance. - Access to the lake in the backyard - Fully furnished room with bed, dresser, mini fridge, sheets, comforter, pillows - WIFI - Heat & hot water - Lights - Clean bath towels - Full bathroom to yourself. Cleaning of the bathroom are your responsibility. It is your bathroom. - Access to a washer, dryer and shared fully equipped kitchen. Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, wash cloths, drying towlels Parking available on the street. If you require driveway parking it's available for $50 extra a month. If you work from home, remote work, full time student from home it's an extra $50 a month. We live in a safe & secure home & everyone is treated fairly & with respect. If you cannot do the same then you will not be a good fit. You must clean up after yourself in the kitchen, dining room, bathroom and bedroom. -NO smoking in the house -NO Alcohol consumption or recreational drugs consumed in the house. Not looking for alcoholics / addicts & the issues that come with that. Do whatever you want outside of the home, it's your business. Ensure that when you step back into the home you are bringing that respect for it and others with you. |
