All sorts of amenities including major grocery stores, fast-food joints, Canada Posts, restaurants and bar are within 5 - 10 mins walking distance. Micmac mall is a 5 mins bus ride. The rent is $433 + power and internet - power is expected to be $25/mo for each roommate, and internet, most likely going to be another $30/mo. The room is unfurnished. Kitchen will have enough pots and utensils for 3, but you are welcome to add. We are two independent males, professionals, working full-time, looking to have another male for a roommate who will be reliable and responsible with stable income to support his financial obligations on time.
