Conveniently located between both NSCC campus’s, on a bus route & close to Alderney ferry terminal (15 minute walk), Dartmouth Crossing and Burnside. What’s included: fully furnished room in a clean home overlooking Lake Banook, bedding and towels. Shared bathroom with one other female, access to Kitchen, all appliances and rest of the house. Downstairs rec room set up that no one uses so feel free to make it your own space. Bell high speed Wifi, heat, water and access to laundry supplies included. I think I included everything, if you have questions please ask. What I’m looking for: someone who’s respectful, tidy, non smoker. Must like dogs as I have a friendly senior beagle.
