| Looking for a 1 bedroom (at least) for myself, partner and our strictly indoor spayed 1 year old kitty. We are currently on a fixed term lease that ends the first of May and we aren’t looking to renew as we are looking for something bigger. We both work full time I am a bartender and he’s a welder, mostly evening and weekend work for both of us. We would need parking for 1 vehicle. We would prefer to stay in Halifax but would explore our options in Dartmouth for the right fit. Our budget is roughly $1800 with no power included and $2000 with all utilities included. We do have some wiggle room in our budget. We can give landlord references, credit checks, proof of spay and needles for our cat, pay stubs and anything else you may need. |
