| I am currently looking for a female roommate who is clean, quiet and a non-smoker; either a student or a professional(no couples or people with kids please) is fine. The move in-date would be February 1st rent would be $465 with heat, hot water included (other bills will be separate).I already have a cat who is very friendly and loves cuddles, so I would prefer not to have another cat in the house due to my cat being on a special diet. The room that I am renting out will NOT BE FURNISHED so you will have to provide yourself with bedroom furniture. My apartment is in a great location! Just a 10 minute walk to the bridge terminal, and is also a 20 minute bus ride to NSCC Waterfront Campus. I am also very close ( walking dustance) to No frills, Sobeys , NSLC, Shoppers, Tim Horton's and more! |
