| I will be renting a 3 bedroom with den starting December 1st on Renfrew Street, Dartmouth. I have permission to find a suitable roommate, however I am the lease holder therfore you'll be renting a room from me. There are no pictures yet as the landlord will be taking the month of November to complete any necessary repairs to the unit as the current tenants were long term. The house will be furnished but NOT your bedroom. Upstairs washroom will have a stackable washer & dryer separating the bedrooms. This washroom is shared washroom. Both bedrooms have 2 closets. One bedroom is facing the street and the other the backyard (this one is considered the master bedroom). You will get first pick of either room as my niece is not moving in until Jan 1st. Shared kitchen, dining and living room on the mainfloor. I will be occuping the basement. Generally unless I am cooking or have company over, I will be downstairs. I work Monday to Friday and some days from home. I am early 50s working professional female. I am looking to share this comfortable and convenient living space with respectful, reliable and tidy person. There is no smoking in the house. Next summer, the backyard will be getting a bit of a make over to make it an inviting and usable space. There will only be 1 available off street parking space for a small size vehicle. There is street parking but sometimes busy. I know because my son and his family live in the area. Rent: $750 + 1/3rd of the NS Power Electric heating - I called NS Power and currently the avg is $280 per month - I think this can be lowered but that depends on us. Wifi will be included in your rent. A security deposit required and is equal to half a month’s rent. Rent will be due to me on the last day of the month as I will be paying the landlord on the 1st.
