My place is literally a 15-minute walk from NSCC Akerley Campus 5-minute walk to Pharmacy, Bus stop, Macdonald's, and DQ. 10-minute walk to Sobeys, Drug Mart, Dollarama, barber shop, RBC bank, Scotia bank, and Dental services. A total of 3 people will share the living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, induction cooktop, toaster and TV. (The primary tenant resides in the master bedroom, a working girl dwells in the regular room) Items provided in each room: Bed, bedding, closet, desk, chair, drawers, hairdryer, bath towels, hangers. Provided essentials: Toilet paper, Liquid soap, Napkin. No smoking, No pets, No vaping, No drugs. Looking for quiet and clean roommate who don’t have an active social night life.
