| Lovely little one bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Dartmouth. It is small but genuinely full of character, and in a great location. Will be carpeted come April. Newly painted, and in great condition. Rent includes heat and cold water; hot water and hydro works out around $125 a month from our experience. Bear in mind that there is no patio/garden, and the unit does not include a washer dryer (there is a laundromat a few minutes drive away), but we loved this apartment for the 18 months that we've been here. There is a standalone bathtub, which is a great sell, and the bars and restaurants of downtown are just a few minutes walk away. There is also a hallway and an extra closet downstairs but as we're in the middle of moving it was too cluttered to take pictures of. If you're interested, some of the furniture is for sale as well; the two sofas, the bed frame, the dining table and chairs, lamps and side tables, ottoman, many of the pictures and shelving. If you are interested then we can come to an arrangement. |
