| This property is a WEEKLY rental for $400/week per room based on double occupancy. Two rooms are available. Rooms are furnished including linen and all kitchen and bathroom basics are supplied. Ideal for someone visiting the south shore as an intern, consultant, or short term worker. The house is a beautifully renovated farmhouse on a serene and spacious 50 acre rural property. Cozy simple rooms, timber frame details, wood stove, and spacious kitchen blend rustic comfort and modern touches. A welcoming space for those coming to Bridgewater on business, or seeking a homey short term stay. Ample parking is available. A wood-fired sauna is available for an extra fee. There are 2 cats in the house. The house has 3 bedrooms shared with myself and my son - we have our own room and the other 2 are for rent. The green room has two single beds that connect together to make a Queen. The white room has a Queen bed and an extra 3/4 mattress available. Let me know if you need both! |
