| We have a large private room available in a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located along Bedford highway in Halifax! You will be sharing a washroom with one other room as one room which is the master bedroom has it’s own washroom. The rent is $800 which includes utilities except Power and WiFi which is shared among all tenants on a monthly basis and does not exceed $50. Apartment is super clean and well maintained and features - Spacious living room, dining area and balcony - In-unit laundry which is free. We are two responsible and clean young men from Nigeria currently living there and would want someone that is also very clean and responsible to join us. Apartment is 3 minutes drive to Mount Saint Vincent University and there are many buses on Bedford highway such as 90, 91, 8, 93 and 39 making it much easier to connect to Halifax and Dartmouth.
