The house is equipped with basic appliances such as a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Rent is $950 per month including utilities, with electricity split evenly among tenants. Free parking is available. The surrounding area is quiet, safe, and scenic, with friendly neighbors and many children for kids to play with. There's a school bus directly to CPA High School and nearby elementary schools. Interested parties are welcome to contact, usually available after 6 PM. Roommates are a young couple with two daughters, quiet and tidy. Preference is given to females, but single parents with high-quality, quiet behavior and children are also welcome (starting September, free transportation to CBU every Wednesday).
