| We have recently converted and renovated a large Victorian house and recognize that there is a huge need for folks in the region just needing a bedroom to rent. Each bedroom has its own mini refrigerator. Cooking will be done in a common kitchen where washer and dryer are also located. Bathroom is shared as well. We only have 4 bedrooms available ranging from $750.00 to $1050.00 per month. Leases are month to month. Heat, electricity, water, snow plowing all included. Internet not included at this time, but may change as we get into December. We will be inviting candidates to view and book rooms beginning September 20th. This would be perfect for our friends from Tim Hortons and our food service industry, the Hospital, construction works, NS Power workers, etc. Rooms are excellent size and plenty of parking. |
