| I have two rooms for rent from February 1 to May 19 2025. There may be a third room available mid-Feb. This is a good option for a MUN student, as the rental term ends at the end of the school term, and I'm a lecturer at MUN, so my place is scholar/geek-friendly. The rental is all-inclusive, with Wi-Fi, TV, laundry, full-front house usage, a convenient location, a small gym, and a relaxed, communal living vibe to make the space enjoyable for everyone. There are good study spaces if you need some space. It's on Pleasant Street, downtown St. John's. During the school term, I run the place with a communal vibe, as I, you and 2 other people will share the home. So this is a good option for someone who can keep the communal spaces clean, and respect others.
