Heating is electric baseboards with thermostats on programmable timers, plus woodstove in the living room. Close to St. Mary's Elementary Large windows, plenty of light, hardwood and tile floors throughout. The main floor has the living room with wood stove, half bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, and dining area with sliding doors to the back patio. The second floor has three bedrooms—one with a queen bed and walk-in closet, one with a double bed, one with a single bed and desk that is currently being used as an office but could also fit a double bed. The second floor also has a full bathroom with bathtub/shower. The basement has laundry plus an additional large finished room (the size of the living room plus dining room) that is currently a guest bedroom but could be a rec room or family room – it is furnished with a queen bed, a desk area, and a seating area with two chairs and a coffee table. There is a big back yard, and off-street parking (the driveway will fit 3 cars end-to-end). 5 min drive to downtown, 10 min to university.
