| One sunny, south facing, freshly painted bedroom (harbour view) in three bedroom downtown house avail June 1 (or possibly mid-May). There are two chill couples (age 20s-30s), and three cats living here. We are at cat-pacity, sorry no additional cats or dogs permitted, our cat Ralph is unfriendly to other critters, but he would love to meet you! We are looking for a clean, mature, respectful roommate. No smoking inside, except cannabis :) House is furnished, room partially furnished with queen bed and frame with drawers, and a dresser. All utilities and FiberOp internet included in rent -- 590 for single occupancy, 690 for a couple. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, propane fireplaces, on-street parking. Large kitchen and double living room, high ceilings, posh old house right above deadly veggie restaurant :) |
