| Comes furnished with desk, dresser, bedside table. Can help get a bed if need be. The room has two closets, one has shelves. There are some built-in wall shelves. The room comfortably fits a double bed. The house has some minor renovations happening this summer. Due to this, for july/august we are only charging 500 all inclusive/month. The house has 1 full bath and 1 half bath. There is a lot of outdoor space: front porch, a side deck, and a back deck. No smoking allowed in the house (allergies), but welcome to smoke outside. The house currently has two cats. They are leaving in September. If you wanted to have a cat or small dog once the cats leave, that is an option. Looking for a mature student or working professional. There are three others in the house: two working professionals and one graduate student. We are looking for someone who will be a great fit for the house. We like board games, video games, going to trivia night, and having fondue night. Tell us about you! What do you do? What are some hobbies? Etc. After the summer, the rent is 600 all-inclusive (heat, electricity, internet, laundry). Note: Walls are white (had issue with white balancing in the second image). Available July 1st. |
