EVERYWHERE FOR THAT MATTER :) Hi there, I live in a two bedroom one of my bedrooms. I'm renting out for the sum of $650 a month. Heat & Light included, washer & Dryer, when you go out your bedroom door slightly to the left is another door that leads out to the deck, The room has some furniture in there with that includes a bed! Must love animals I have two small dogs and a cat. Friendly. however, under no circumstances, do you have to do anything with the fur babies or will they be in your one. That's my responsibility. Must pay cash for rent, must work, or have forever savings lol :) .. rent must be paid on time no exceptions! There will be no partying, I don't mind if you have one friend in a night on the weekend or something a friend or two BBQ on the deck or something however no major partying and no hard drugs… POT is fine… No smoking in the house however, if you are a smoker, you can smoke on the deck. I don't post pictures of my private space online however reach out to me. We can set up a viewing if you like OR I can send you private pictures of it! Also, there is a bus stop right in front of my house pretty much, two stores, marie's minimart and the orange store, Tim Hortons, the Avalon mall is a two or three minute walk, Kelsey Drive is a five minute bus ride straight up the road also walking distance if you like to walk.
