| We have one room in a three-bedroom apartment (109 Terra Nova Road) for Female tenant share from May 1, 2021. The room is large and fully furnished with a cabinet, study table, chair, queen mattress, and whole bed stuff. Kitchen stuff including microwave, cooker, utensils, dishes...are available. Bathroom share with us: a mom (who is a Memorial student) with two children: 17 years old and 11 years old. You need to do power-saving (using electricity appropriately) and keep your room clean and tidy up the kitchen after using it. The bus stop is behind the building via Crosbie road with bus No. 1, which is convenient to go to Mun in 10'; Bus No. 19 and Bus no. 11 (to Avalon mall - or you can take a walk in 10'). Price: 440 CAD/month, everything included except the laundry. Use Wash/drying machines of the building: Each time: 2.5 CAD for washing and 2.00 CAD for drying. Car parking is available. Please be informed that we wish to have A FEMALE ROOMMATE. In the pandemic, for being safe for you and us, please note that: We confirm that we have lived in St. John's from the Fall semester of 2019 until now. We are not traveling anywhere, just staying in St. John's to study. So we would like to have a roommate who has complied with the law of the government.
