| I am a female in my late 20s looking for a roommate in my 2 bedroom apartment in Cowan Heights. The room will be available possibly the 1st week of February (you can contact me for more info) if not March 1st. The cost of rent is $500 each P.O.U plus a $250 damage deposit. Close to Village Mall, Walmart, Sobeys, Lawtons, Shoppers, fast food places, and multiple bus routes. The entire house is furnished besides the spare bedroom. It's a MUST to like cats because I have 4 of them which are all really nice and friendly. Roommate must be able to clean up after themselves and share house chores like garbage and shoveling during the winter. Must be a mature and responsible adult. No partiers!
