A Cat, gerbil & fish.. no other pet's please. We offer your first month with Free Rent, this is to help you out with life. You must sign a rental agreement for 12 months, to obtain the free months rent. If you want a shorter agreement, one can be negotiated. Damage deposit is due at signing of lease at $250.
