| Hi Im looking for A Room For Rent from June & onward and preferably in the St John's area if possible. I am 37 and I live in St Johns. I'm very honest , respectful and very easy going. I am looking between the rent ranges of $300-500 with everything included As well , I would like to mention to who ever is reading this that I am on Social Assistance , however paying rent would not be a issue as you would receive rent on the 1st of the month or before as it would never be late. Also , I am currently involved in a Job placement with Stella's Circle in which I start very soon too.
