| Hey there, we are looking for nice friendly and clean roommates to share our historic house in the heart of Georgetown. The House is a gorgeous typical St John's house with original wood flooring. The living room is equipped with a central fireplace that gives access to the dining area and the fully equipped half-open kitchen. It is located a stone throw away from the iconic Georgestown bakery and faces the Georgestown cafe And Bookshelf. The room is the biggest one in the house. it is located on the ground level and is furnished with bed, tv unit, very big desk and chair an armoire listed for 500 $ pou. Move in date February 1st The common areas comprise the fully furnished living room equipped with a flat-screen tv and an android box with access to Netflix, a dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room with washer and dryer and pantry with An entrance to the patio and the backyard. The house is very well maintained, and the utilities will be shared amount the people living in the house. We want to have a clean, light and friendly living environment. For this reason, we welcome all peoples of all ages, sex, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, religious beliefs and path of life. We expect the new roommates to showcase the same level of respectfulness and tolerance. We also welcome Couples and, in some cases, there will be 2 cats living in the house so we can't accept anymore pets . Our selection criteria are mainly cleanliness, respectfulness and friendliness.
