| Hello, We are a mature couple in our mid/late 50s searching for a well maintained, comfortable home to rent in the St. John's & surrounding area. I’m retired after a career in interior design and home care, and my partner Mike has over 35 years of experience and well respected in the construction business. We lead a quiet, respectful lifestyle. No smoking, no drinking or parties, no disruptions. We take great care to maintain a clean and orderly home. I take pride in keeping our home clean and well looked after. I wouldn’t call myself OCD, but I do like things neat and tidy! About 2 year ago our previous landlord decided to sell his property so we moved in to a family members home to rent who lives out of province. It was always meant to be temporary, not permanent. Ideally, we would like to find at least ■ 3 bedrooms as I have grandchildren I do have over periodically. I would like them to have thier own spot for when they are here. ■ Full house (or main floor for right place) ■Fully fenced in yard ■ Garage or Shed preferably ■ Master Bedroom Ensuite with a walk in closet We’ve always maintained excellent relationships with landlords.
