This lower-level rental offers a serene retreat in a natural setting. Pets considered on individual basis. Rental includes washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, portable air conditioner, dehumidifier, water cooler, built in electric fireplace along with standard appliances of fridge and stove. Electric heat-pay own utilities. Property is supplied by artesian well and has septic system. Water is hard, so the softener makes it unsuitable for drinking. What We’re Looking For: - A quiet, mature, responsible individual (or couple) who enjoys nature and will respect our property- so no parties, no smoking, etc. AND is able to supply references. - Someone who is comfortable with dogs on the adjacent property (please note, our dogs bark occasionally when outside). This is a perfect spot for someone who enjoys nature, but please keep in mind that the dogs can be vocal at times and our the driveway is best suited for an SUV or AWD during the winter with the incline of the driveway. Otherwise it is an amazing little place, like living in the woods so to speak, and just 5 km from Deer Lake and 40 km from Corner Brook. |
