The room is furnished with a Double Size Bed. Linen, Towels, Heat, Lights, Wireless WiFi, Washer, Dryer, are all provided. Shared kitchen. Everything is here, all you need is your food and own laundry soap. Prefer non-smokers, no alcohol and no drugs, including marijuana. I have 2 cats. There are 3 Bus stops 8 minutes from the house. If you have a car everything is close!-- for example: Close to Irving Pulp & Paper Mill. (2 km drive) Close to the Highways & the Reversing Falls Bridge.
