Home is perfect for a student. The home is very quiet. Rent includes: heat, lights, Fibe TV, wireless internet, shared kitchen and bath. Bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, dresser, 2 small nightstands and closet. The rest of the house is fully furnished and equipped. The living room has Bell TV and fireplace. Basement has TV with fireplace, washer/dryer, and some storage space. The back of the house has a deck with BBQ and a large private yard with a fire pit. There is a driveway with lots of parking. The house is shared with myself and another tenant. Located in a very nice, quiet, and safe neighbourhood with a supervised beach. It is close to malls, grocery stores, UNBSJ, NBCC, LNG, the Refinery and uptown – all about a 10 minute drive. There is a 25lb dog in the house, he does shed and very friendly. No other pets allowed.
