Both cottages have one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with bunkbeds with a single bed on the top and a double bed on the bottom and the 3 bedroom cottage has a nice backyard, another bedroom with a queen size bed as well as cable and internet included. Both cottages include heat, lights, hot water, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, microwave, dishes and utensils. 8 minute walk to the wharf, 5 minute walk to an unsupervised beach and 10 minute walk to the beautiful, Parlee Beach. 5 minute walk to a nice playground with an outdoor basketball court in the warmer months and an ice rink in the colder months. No smoking inside, no pets and no drugs allowed on the premises. U de M, Empire Theatres and Champlain Place(one of the best shopping malls in the Maritimes) are only 15-20 minutes away. A non-refundable holding fee equal to one months rent is required before signing the lease, this will turn in to your security deposit once your first months rent is paid and will be returned to you at the end of the lease if all items that were in the cottage when you moved in are still there, nothing is damaged, there has been no smoking inside, no pets have been inside, all garbage is removed from the premises, and the place is as clean when you leave as it was when you moved in.
